House Rules
Last updated: 31 May 2026
Welcome to your stay
These House Rules apply to all guests staying in MyPisaHome properties in Pisa. They are designed to keep you comfortable, protect the apartment, and maintain good relations with neighbours and the local community.
By checking in, you agree to follow these rules and any additional instructions provided for your specific property. If anything is unclear, contact us at info@mypisahome.com or +393349350060 before or during your stay.
Check-in and check-out
Standard check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 10:00 on your departure day unless your confirmation states different times. Please respect these times so we can prepare the property for the next guests.
On departure, leave keys or access devices as instructed, switch off lights and air conditioning, close windows, and place bagged rubbish in the designated area. Late check-out without approval may incur an additional fee.
Occupancy and visitors
Only registered guests included in the booking may stay overnight. The maximum number of occupants must not be exceeded. Day visitors are welcome in moderation provided they do not disturb neighbours or create security concerns.
Subletting, unauthorised commercial use, parties, and events are not permitted unless expressly agreed in writing by MyPisaHome.
Quiet hours and neighbourly conduct
Residential buildings in central Pisa require considerate behaviour. Please keep noise to a minimum between 22:00 and 08:00, including conversations, music, and television volume.
Use stairways and common areas quietly. Do not block entrances or leave personal items in shared spaces. If a neighbour raises a concern, we ask for your cooperation in resolving it promptly.
Smoking, pets, and cleanliness
All MyPisaHome apartments are non-smoking indoors, including balconies where stated in your property guide. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas if allowed by building rules.
Pets are not permitted unless your booking confirmation explicitly states otherwise. Please leave the apartment in a reasonably tidy condition. Excessive cleaning due to neglect or misuse may be charged against your deposit.
Property care and safety
Treat furniture, appliances, linens, and fixtures with care. Report any pre-existing damage or maintenance issue on arrival so we can document it. If something breaks during your stay, inform us immediately.
Do not tamper with electrical panels, heating controls beyond guest settings, or safety equipment. When leaving the apartment, close windows and lock doors. Never provide access codes or keys to unauthorised persons.
Tourist tax, identification, and violations
Guests must comply with Italian registration requirements and pay the tourist tax (imposta di soggiorno) where applicable. Valid identification may be requested for all occupants.
Failure to follow these House Rules may result in additional charges, forfeiture of deposit amounts, early termination of stay without refund where permitted, and restriction from future bookings with MyPisaHome.
