Overview
We understand that travel plans can change. This Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, modifications, and refunds are handled for reservations made directly with MyPisaHome.
The applicable cancellation terms for your stay are shown during booking and in your confirmation email. Please review them carefully before completing payment.
Guest-initiated cancellations
If you cancel before the deadline stated in your booking confirmation, you will receive a refund according to the rate plan selected at the time of reservation. Partial refunds may apply depending on how close the cancellation is to the arrival date.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing by email to info@mypisahome.com from the address used for the booking. The effective cancellation date is the date we acknowledge your request in writing.
If you cancel after the permitted deadline, or fail to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice, the booking may be treated as a no-show and charges may apply up to the full reservation amount, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
Modifications to your booking
Changes to dates, guest numbers, or property selection are subject to availability and may result in a price difference. We will confirm any revised total before applying changes.
Minor updates such as arrival time can usually be arranged directly with our team by phone at +393349350060, provided they do not affect pricing or availability.
Cancellations by MyPisaHome
In rare cases we may need to cancel or relocate a booking due to maintenance issues, regulatory requirements, double-booking error, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If we cancel your reservation, we will offer a full refund of amounts paid for the affected booking or, where you prefer and availability allows, an alternative comparable property or new dates at no additional cost.
Refunds and processing time
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used at booking, processed through Stripe where applicable. Bank processing times vary and may take several business days after we initiate the refund.
Non-refundable components, third-party fees, or tourist tax already remitted to local authorities may not be recoverable. Any such exceptions will be identified in your booking confirmation where possible.
Travel disruptions and force majeure
Events such as severe weather, public transport shutdowns, or official travel restrictions may affect your trip without entitling you to an automatic refund unless your selected rate plan provides otherwise.
We encourage guests to consider travel insurance that covers cancellation, interruption, and medical needs. If exceptional circumstances affect your ability to travel, contact us promptly and we will review your situation in good faith within the limits of this policy and applicable law.
Early departure
If you leave before the end of your reserved stay, unused nights are generally non-refundable unless we are required to provide otherwise under consumer protection rules or we agree in writing to an exception.
Please notify us immediately if you encounter a serious issue during your stay so we can attempt to resolve it before you decide to depart early.
