La Dolce Vita — Historic Centre

One of my favorite hosts during my ten-day trip to Italy!First of all, the host was very friendly, responded quickly, and also recommended pizza and steak restaurants to us. And the house smells nice and is very clean. It also met our request to drop off our luggage in advance!The only bad thing is that if there are 3-4 people, the location of the toilet will be a bit awkward.But it doesn't matter much if I'm only staying one night. Great location!Very close to the Leaning Tower of Pisa and Chinese restaurants!Five-star reviews!

Location of the apartment Is excellent, really central and easy to get to everywhere. The bedroom has a nice view from the window to a characteristic street and generally fairly quiet (except for one early morning very noisy garbage truck). It is also all very clean and matching the photos (although the furnishings are somewhat on the "oldish" side...). <br/>Worked very well for me on my own and would be also good as a couple. The "living room" is pretty tight and not sure that it would really be comfortable for a family of 3-4 people. You have to go through the main bedroom to get to the bathroom. The kitchen is clean and equipped but quite small, not really sure it would work for cooking proper meals ( but who wants to cook in Pisa anyway when there is so much local excellent food to be had?).<br/>Communication with the host was excellent, internet was good, he also kindly let me check out a little bit later, and it all worked very well for me.

Christian was a great host, very responsive and gave us good recommendations. Perfect location too. The only issue we had was that although described as included in the listing, you have to pay an additional fee for the sofa bed even though we were still 2 guests. Overall had a good stay.

Great location, fantastic communication with the host, everything is as pictured. It's the perfect place to experience a true Italian atmosphere in the center of Pisa (and at the same time, a 15-minute walk to the train station and 25 to the airport – a real treat)! And a bonus for having the heating on ❤️

Great apartment, very clean and well-equipped. Very kind host, very helpful and responds immediately. The only flaw unfortunately is the difficulty in finding parking, but apart from that everything was perfect. Highly recommended!

Cristian’s flat is in the perfect location! I had an extended stay here after having spent a couple of weeks elsewhere in Pisa, and you could not ask for a more central location to the bars, restaurants, and sites in the city. The flat was large and clean, and the kitchen was well equipped for everything I needed for a fantastic stay. The host is extremely responsive to any inquiries…I would highly recommend you this apartment to any traveler to Pisa!

The location is amazing, right in the historic district but not too noisy. Cristian was attentive and responded immediately. <br/>The building and apartment are classic old Italian, dated but functional, the water pressure is quite low in these older buildings which affects the toilet and shower, but therefore priced lower than a modern apartment would be. <br/>It’s perfect for two people or a young family. We had cooler weather but I can imagine the summer being difficult with no A/C. All in all was good for what we needed at the time we went.

Christian is a very kind and polite host. He was available and always responsive.<br/>The apartment is located in the best spot for walking anywhere you need to go with plenty of restaurants and bars. We really enjoyed the charm of the place and the bed was very comfy! <br/>We were fortunate to use the fans provided and keep the windows closed which definitely prevented the outside noise.

I had already been to Pisa in the past, but staying at Cristian's showed me what it means to feel at home even when you're traveling. 5/5 everything was wonderful!

I stayed for two days with my mother, we were really happy and had a great time. The location of the apartment is great, near shopping streets and most monuments and the Pisa Tower is recheable in 10 minutes. Plus there are many delicious restaurants and aperitivo places all over the area. You can easily walk there from the central station. The apartment has an ancient charme and had everything we needed. Internet was good and quick. Cristian was always recheable and immediately helped us when we had a question or a problem. I would definitely come here again. In some reviews people complained about the street noise (which is definitely there) - I used ear plugs and could sleep without problems.

Pleasant and clean apartment in a great area of town, just off the main drag and with nice restaurants, bars, bakeries etc. Host was very friendly, accommodating, and helpful.

We had a 3 night stay at the place and absolutely loved the area. The place is easily reachable from the main train station bz foot directly in the beautiful historical area of Pisa, just minutes away from the tower and the cathedral. We loved the place!<br/>However, the bedroom window is located directly next to a glass container so tho the street noise is to be expected day and night in such a populated area, the volume was a bit higher than expected. <br/>We had a great time staying there tho!

If you’re staying the night in Pisa, this is a fantastic spot. Perfectly located halfway between the Central Station and the Pisa Tower. You’re a block away from all the restaurants and cafés. Walkable everywhere. Easy to get to. Host is extremely responsive and friendly. Quick in and out and hassle free. Highly recommend

Cristian was speedy with coms and contact information, great spot, good location. Rather fezzy outside with the festivities going on, amazing restaurants close by and yeah hopefully we are back one day 😊

The place is in a great location, everything is close by. The airbnb is big, the host is very responsive and responds very quickly. However, the bed was broken but the host didn't let us know. Be careful for those who are light asleep, the neighborhood is lively (on Saturday nights) so there is noise at night. Other than that, the place is really great, the building entrance is beautiful.

It's a beautiful and spacious apartment in a Renaissance building right in the center of Pisa. Scuola normal and Arno are just a two minute walk away. You can walk about 15 to 20 minutes to the train station. The communication with Cristian went very well, he always responded very quickly
